We want to be accessible to you as much as we possibly can, and have taken measures in the dealership to focus on the health and safety of our customers, staff and suppliers. Here’s what you need to know.

Part of this accessibility is giving you a choice to meet with us or arrange a phone/video call. We will accommodate your preference. If you’re comfortable to come and see us, please do. We’re business as usual with the following measures put in place to ensure not only continued quality service but peace of mind when it comes to your health.

Focus on cleanliness

We continue to remain focused on cleanliness. Above our strict hygiene standards, we have increased cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces including desks, reception areas, waiting areas, tables, door handles, EFTPOS terminals and bathrooms.

As well as daily contractor cleaners, our staff will be undertaking these tasks several times a day. There are also alcohol-based hand sanitisers are available throughout the dealership

Our Service Technicians will continue to wear protective rubber gloves and seat covers, and use a disinfectant spray on any surfaces they touch to ensure cleanliness at all times.

Supporting our employees is our priority

We are recommending employees to stay home from work if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or recently travelled abroad and follow best-practice as guided by the health authorities.

We have existing policies in place to offer paid time off to any staff that may feel like they have may be in some way affected.

We discourage handshaking and other physical contacts within the dealership.

No Contact Options

We understand that some of our customers may still be concerned with the constantly evolving situation – which is why we are offering a number of no contact options for our customers.

Sales Department

Our dedicated sales team are committed to offering the best levels of service both in our dealerships and away from them. Due to this, we’re offering customers off-site test drives, comprehensive walkaround videos, video conferencing options and off-site deliveries.

Service Department

If required we can arrange driveaway pick-up & drop off to limit contact. If you are local we can arrange off-site vehicle pick up and drop off for our immune-compromised and elderly customers. Our service department staff are happy to discuss any other requirements you may have.

Looking after you, and your car.

Our focus is to maintain a ‘Business as usual’ attitude and deliver the level of service our customers are accustomed to.

Food & drinks we supply are all individually wrapped and single-use packaging is used for all of our biscuits, coffee pods, muffins, drinks and sandwiches.

Social Distancing

We encourage customers to practise social distancing. At Pakenham Mazda we can provide the necessary distance requirements needed to practise this. We have a large customer waiting area with adequate seating and room, and plenty of hand sanitiser. If you’re at the dealership, please be mindful of others and practice social distancing.
